It made us think about the organisations we work with and the amazing resource they have at their disposal in their student body. We're often asked about our thoughts on Facebook or other social media or how to start an alumni association or the best ways to engage parents. Why not ask your students?</p>
<p>As the article noted "People are swallowing their pride and they will go to young people and respect the wisdom they have gained in their area. Age doesn't matter anymore. It's more the practical experience people are looking for.
