Sharee Kinnaird ADAPEM

Sharee is the co-founder and director of tatu, a marketing and fundraising consultancy company offering flexible, and project based resources to educational institutions, not-for-profit agencies and small to medium enterprises. She is also a co-director of promotional products company, brand[it].

Sharee has fifteen years experience within a US$24 billion global, diverse technology and engineering organization focused on customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, change management and business excellence. She understands the business needs and support requirements of senior management and leaders.

She recently spent five years working within the Australian Independent Schools system with a leading independent South Australian co-educational P-12 day and boarding college and gained valuable insights into the demands and drivers of providing private education with a particular focus on enrolment, marketing, community relations, events and fundraising.

Sharee honed her organisational and customer service skills during assignments as diverse as creating an in-house company magazine in four weeks with no previous publishing experience to the event management of 500 global delegates attending an inaugural company event in the Asia Pacific region.

She has an ability to integrate the strategic with the operational and has implemented cost savings & process efficiencies for communication delivery using web technology and Six Sigma based methodologies.

Sharee has a solid background in, and exposure to, administration and management practices including customer focus, sales and marketing methodologies, human resource and organisational design, and creation of a business excellence culture.

Extensive experience in team building and leadership at all levels: shop floor and boardroom, local and global, real-time and remote, culturally diverse and unique. She has broad sales experience from qualification of prospects to proposal to generation to closure. 

Sharee holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration and is a current Member of the ADAPE SA/NT Executive Committee, past chair of Professional Development sub-committee, and past member of ADAPE 2010 Organising Committee.
