Feasibility Study

So you want to build a building, start a scholarship fund or simply ‘do philanthropy’. Maybe you’ve inherited a Foundation and a couple of funds with DGI status but you don’t know what to do with them. Maybe your school has run a campaign in the past but not in recent times. Perhaps it went well, perhaps it didn’t but there’s no-one around that really remembers!

Who do you ask? What are you asking them for? Is it too little or too much? Will they support your idea or will you waste a lot of time and effort on something that sounds good to you (and often your Board) but not to your donor?

Don’t know where to start? We can help. A feasibility study is little like a building inspection or a risk mitigation plan. A little bit of money spent upfront can save you a whole lot of investment later on when creating your visionary project or program.

We help you write the case for support, assess your internal capabilities, help you to identify your prospective supporters, talk to them confidentially and gather their feedback on what they really think about your plans. You get a comprehensive report with the good, the bad and sometimes, the ugly. We help you find a way to move forward with detailed recommendations.
